Required products :

400 grams of sweet potatoes

100 grams of mozzarella

150 grams of cheddar (maybe guada or emmental)

250 grams of cheese or feta

200 grams of sour cream

4 eggs

parsley and dill to taste

ground black pepper to taste

oil or oil to lubricate the vessel

Method of preparation :

Peel and grate the potatoes. Grate the cheese as well. Mix them in a suitable bowl, season with black pepper. Add the cream, beaten eggs and finely chopped parsley and dill. Stir until smooth. You probably won't need to use salt, as the cheeses are salty enough, but it's still a matter of taste.

Grease muffin tins with oil and spread the resulting mixture in them.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 - 40 minutes.

When you take it out of the oven, wait a while and use a blunt knife to release the molds from their contents.

If you think that the bottom and walls of the casserole are unbaked and pale, you can arrange in a tray lined with baking paper and return to the oven for a few more minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
