How To Cook Potato Muffins With Chicken, Melted Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of flour (wheat)
  • 200 grams of sausage of your choice
  • 150 grams of boiled chicken
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100-150 grams of melted cheese or to taste
  • 15-20 black olives
  • black pepper, salt

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the raw potatoes, grate them with a large grater in a deep bowl. Drain excess liquid.

Add the egg.

Season with salt, pepper, pour the flour and mix thoroughly until smooth (it is better to do this with your hands instead of a spoon).

Divide the potato dough into silicone molds and make small indentations in the middle of the mixture.

Cut the sausage and chicken into cubes, do the same with the melted cheese and yellow cheese.

Distribute the filling evenly in the dishes and put one olive on top.

Bake the cupcakes in the oven for half an hour at medium temperature (180 degrees).
