How To Cook Potato Muffins With Ham, Egg And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato muffins with ham, egg and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 600 grams of grated potatoes, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 15 round slices of ham, halved
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/3 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • unsalted butter, melted
  • green onions, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees and cover with baking paper muffin tin with 6 slots.
  • Squeeze the grated potatoes in the palms of your hands and transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, flour and 1 egg. Stir well.
  • Distribute the potato mixture in the nests of the form and lightly press to the bottom and walls.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges turn golden.
  • Remove the muffin tin from the oven and place it on a board or fireproof surface.
  • Sprinkle the baked potatoes with melted butter.
  • Arrange 5 halves of the ham slices in each nest, forming a flower, with the round part pointing upwards.
  • Mix yellow cheese and parmesan in a bowl and distribute them in the nests.
  • Sprinkle with melted butter and carefully beat 1 egg.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are ready.
  • Serve the potato muffins warm, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions.
