How To Cook Potato Muffins With Soft Milk Filling And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 grams of diced bacon
  • 1-2 eggs
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil to spread the forms
  • 100 grams of cream cheese for spreading
  • fresh parsley leaves for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel, dry and cut the potatoes into fine circles. Peel an onion and cut it into crescents. Heat a dry pan and fry the bacon mixed with the onions. Cool and mix it with the beaten eggs. Grease a muffin tin, arrange the thin slices of potato on the walls and bottom.

 

Distribute the egg mixture in each compartment and put a teaspoon or cube of cream cheese.
