Peel, dry and cut the potatoes into fine circles. Peel an onion and cut it into crescents. Heat a dry pan and fry the bacon mixed with the onions. Cool and mix it with the beaten eggs. Grease a muffin tin, arrange the thin slices of potato on the walls and bottom.
Distribute the egg mixture in each compartment and put a teaspoon or cube of cream cheese.
Cover with potato slices and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, serve, cut and enjoy.
