How To Cook Potato Nests With Minced Meat And Mushrooms - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato nests with minced meat and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of minced meat (or to taste)
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste
  • dill, tomatoes and cucumbers for decoration

Method of preparation :

First make the filling (it can be any). Wash the mushrooms, cut them into pieces and fry in vegetable oil together with finely chopped onions. Add salt to taste and mix with the raw minced meat.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and cook until cooked in salted water. Then drain the liquid and mash the potatoes (you can add fresh milk if you wish).

Fill a pastry syringe with the puree, which should be as hot as possible. Form the nests in an oiled pan (or line the bottom with baking paper). Sprinkle each with breadcrumbs, if desired, so they will become tastier.

At the bottom of the dish in the middle of the nests put a piece of butter, a little of the stuffing and on it a little more oil. Sprinkle with finely grated yellow cheese and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Wait for the finished dish to cool, distribute in suitable plates and decorate with vegetables, forming a beautiful culinary picture.

Enjoy your meal!
