Boil the peeled potatoes and grate them hot. Add the sorrel to them, add salt, pour in the milk, put the eggs and beat. Then add the coarsely grated carrots and spread the mixture in a pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven.
Serve the omelette with butter and chopped dill.
