How To Cook Potato Pancakes Stuffed With Meat, Onions And Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

4 - 5 medium potatoes

200 milliliters of warm milk (can cream with a fat content of 20%)

2 eggs

6 tablespoons flour

spices to taste - salt, pepper, dried thyme and others

 

For the stuffing:

about 300 grams of lean pork or chicken

1 onion

1 red pepper

salt to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Add warm milk to them,

 

eggs and stir. Then gradually pour the flour and stir again (no lumps should form). Season with spices.

 

Heat a suitable pan, grease it with oil and bake pancakes in it, putting a little of the mixture with the help of a ladle. Level the surface.

 

Make the filling. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry until cooked together with the chopped onion and pepper. Towards the end of cooking, season to taste.

 

Put the stuffing in each pancake and roll it up.

 

Serve hot.
