Required products :

1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 onions
1/3 teaspoon marjoram
1/3 teaspoon salt
500 grams minced meat mixture or your choice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Method of preparation :

Wash and peel the potatoes, grate them coarsely.

Sift the flour, add the lightly beaten eggs, one head of finely chopped onion, marjoram, salt and pepper.

Mix with the grated potatoes and make a dough.

From it, bake pancakes in a pan with a small amount of hot oil. Let cook on each side for about a minute, then allow to cool.

Add the second head of chopped onion to the minced meat, season with salt and ground black pepper and knead.

Spread a thin layer of stuffing on each pancake, roll up and arrange in a pan and place in a preheated 175 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
