Necessary products:

500 grams of peeled potatoes

200 grams of butter

200 grams of cheese

1.5 cups flour (and a little more for rolling)

2 eggs

sesame, cumin or grated cheese - for sprinkling

a few sprigs of dill

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, mash and add the butter and cheese. Add salt, add a little dill. Pour the flour and roll out the dough 3-4 cm thick. Cut into strips about 8 cm long. Beat the eggs, dip the saltines in them and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cumin or grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
