Learn how to cook "Potato pickles with cheese, walnuts and cumin". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of boiled potatoes
500 grams of flour
250 grams of cheese
250 grams of butter
2 proteins
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
ground walnuts to taste
garlic powder to taste and to taste
sauce for serving - mushroom or ketchup
Preparation :
Grate the boiled potatoes, add the softened butter, mashed cheese and flour. Add ground walnuts and garlic to taste, knead the dough. Roll out a layer about half a centimeter thick, which you cut into sticks about 8 centimeters long each. Coat their surface with lightly beaten egg whites and sprinkle with unground cumin.
Arrange in a greased pan and bake in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup, mushroom or other preferred sauce.
