Necessary products:

400 grams of potatoes

400 grams of whole cottage cheese

3 eggs

1 large bunch of green onions

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons fine semolina

1 tablespoon oil

left

melted butter

1.5 teaspoons breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

Pour the curd into a colander, lined with a towel and placed in a bowl. Place a plate (or board) on top and a heavy object on it to press and leave for 2 hours.

Wash the potatoes with a brush, wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until soft (about 30 - 40 minutes). Once cool, peel and mash or grate in a bowl.

Pass the curd through a sieve directly into the bowl with the potatoes. Add the starch and semolina, add salt and stir until smooth. Leave it for 20 minutes.

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and chop finely. Chop green onions, salt, crush lightly or mash by hand. Add the eggs and oil.

Put breadcrumbs on one palm, scoop 1 tablespoon of the potato mixture and pour it on top, put half a teaspoon of the stuffing with green onions and eggs in the middle. "Glue" the pie and roll the other side in breadcrumbs. Continue in the same way until the products are exhausted.

Fry the pies in hot oil on both sides on medium heat until an appetizing crust forms. Serve warm.

Enjoy your meal!
