Required products :

300 grams of mashed potatoes

1 teaspoon wheat flour

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons grated cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon dry yeast

1/2 cup fresh milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

ground black pepper and salt to taste

 

For the stuffing:

450 broccoli

1 red sweet pepper

100 grams of mushrooms

250 grams of mozzarella

1 cube vegetable broth

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the mashed potatoes with the flour, add the yeast dissolved in the warm milk, the egg, the melted butter, the yellow cheese, salt, black pepper and knead the dough, which you leave in a warm place for 2 hours.

Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, clean the pepper from the seeds and tail and cut into straws and the mushrooms into pieces.

Dissolve the dry broth in water and blanch the vegetables and mushrooms separately in the resulting liquid, then drain the broth.

Roll out two loaves of dough, put them in greased pans, sprinkle with olive oil and spread the filling on their surface.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in the oven over medium heat until done.
