Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of ready-made pizza dough
  • 2 red potatoes
  • olive oil
  • fresh rosemary a few sprigs
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

for the sauce

 

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/3 tea glass of white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cover the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and olive oil.

 

Wash, dry and cut the potatoes into circles. Arrange them on the foil, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, chop the onion, put it in a bowl and squeeze the garlic. Melt some of the butter in a pan, heat it and fry the vegetables.

 

Season with finely chopped fresh thyme. Cook for about 10 minutes and pour the white wine.

 

Then season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the broth and cook over low heat until the mixture is reduced.

 

Then add the remaining oil and stir until melted.

 

Cool and prepare the dough. Roll out the loaf, smear the edges with olive oil and spread the sauce.

 

Sprinkle generously in the grated mozzarella and arrange the baked potatoes. Season with rosemary and a little more mozzarella.

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza for 30-35 minutes. When ready, cool, cut and serve.
