How To Cook Potato Pockets Stuffed With Mushrooms, Vegetables And Chicken - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of white flour
  • 100 grams of corn flour
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 60 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt, pepper
  • 50 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 5 boiled potatoes

 

for the filling

 

  • 300 grams of boiled chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 40 milliliters of white wine
  • salt, pepper

 

for garnish

 

  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • fresh spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl, add the corn flour, potatoes, butter and egg. Stir and pour in the milk, sour cream and season with salt to taste. Make dough and divide into equal parts.

Sprinkle the plate on which you work with breadcrumbs and roll out. Arrange the resulting cakes in a tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.

 

Cool and cut the end of each loaf. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions, shredded chicken and add crushed garlic cloves.

Cut the mushrooms and add them to the mixture. Season with sausages, wine, salt and pepper. Stew for 10-15 minutes, cool and fill the pockets. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and fresh spices of your choice. Serve and eat with pleasure.
