Required products :

  • 2 liters of broth (chicken, vegetables or meat) or water
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50-60 grams of bacon
  • 150 grams of flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a small bunch of fresh parsley to serve the dish

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium cubes. Put the broth / water on the stove and as soon as the liquid boils, pour the potatoes into it. Wait for it to boil again, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Sift the flour and add a little (about 1/3 cup of tea) plain cold water. Stir well, then grind with your fingers to form small lumps. Grind them between your palms and collect the dried bran in a bowl.

Finely chop the peeled onion and bacon. Put the latter in a pan and melt on the stove, heated to medium temperature (it takes about 5 minutes). Then add the onion and fry the two products for another 10 minutes until golden. Then pour the bran, removing excess flour and quickly fry them (for about 30-60 seconds).

Remove the pan from the heat and add the mixture to the potato broth. Five minutes of cooking and the soup will be ready. Sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
