Necessary products

For the dough:

500 grams of potatoes
150-170 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
oil

For the stuffing:

250 grams of frozen spinach
300 grams of minced meat
1/2 onion
200 grams of yellow cheese
200 milliliters of milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil (for frying)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them. Add the egg, salt, stir and gradually start adding the sifted flour and knead the dough. If it sticks a lot on your hands, use a little more flour.

Grease a suitable form with oil and distribute the dough evenly on the bottom and walls of the dish. Bake the potato base in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and let the marshmallow bake for another 15-25 minutes (until it turns red). If the dough bakes very quickly, cover with foil.

Meanwhile, make the filling.
Peel an onion, chop finely. Thaw the spinach and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with onions for 15 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, season to taste. Pour into a plate.

In the same pan, heat the second tablespoon of oil and add the spinach. Let it fry for about 3 minutes, the liquid should evaporate. Add salt to taste and transfer to a plate.

Beat the eggs with the milk, add a little salt.

Sprinkle the potato base with 1/3 of the grated yellow cheese, spread the minced meat with onion on it, followed by 1/3 of the yellow cheese, spinach, pour over the egg mixture and finish with a layer of the remaining yellow cheese.

Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes. When cool, cut into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
