How To Cook Potato Rings With Corn And Smoked Breast - Recipe

Required products :

600-700 grams of potatoes
100 grams of butter
1 tea cup of fresh milk
300-400 grams of canned corn
500 grams of smoked breasts of choice
2 sweet peppers
1 onion
100 grams of yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste
oil
nutmeg
parsley

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until cooked. Then mash them while they are still hot, and add the milk and butter. Stir well.
Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces, clean the peppers from the seeds and cut them into straws.
Fry onions until golden in hot oil. Then add the peppers and fry for another 5 minutes.
Cut the breasts into small cubes, pour them over the other products, and after another 10 minutes add the corn and chopped fresh parsley. Mix everything. Fill a pastry syringe with the mashed potatoes and form circles in a pan. Fill the middle of each with the prepared stuffing and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the dish in the oven until golden brown.
