Boil the potatoes. Fry the finely chopped onion, add the minced meat (or mushrooms) and fry until the products are ready.
Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, add the butter, a glass of warm milk and beat with a mixer. Add the flour, eggs, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Add the remaining two glasses of milk (warm) and stir. A liquid dough is obtained.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spices. Pour the dough and sprinkle with cumin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (until golden brown). The result is a very fine dough, which is a little difficult to work with and if you wish you can add more flour (as needed so as not to break).
Spread foil on the counter (table) and transfer the dough from the baking paper directly on it. Remove the paper and add the minced meat (mushrooms), melted cheese and chopped parsley. Roll very carefully, using foil. Wrap tightly like candy and put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Remove and unroll the finished roll. Cut into slightly thin pieces (if the dish is cold, you can afford to cut thin).
