How To Cook Potato Roll Stuffed With Pickles, Mushrooms, Onions And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • small onion head
  • 1 pepper
  • 150 grams of starch
  • pickles
  • left
  • pepper
  • oil / olive oil
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready. Chop onion, garlic, pepper. Fry in olive oil onion and garlic for 5 minutes, then add the pieces of pepper, fry for another 5 minutes and put the mushrooms. Leave the mixture on the stove until the liquid evaporates from the vegetables and remove from the heat.

Cut the pickles into thin circles. Add salt to the potatoes and mash them together with the starch and butter. Mix the base of the future dish well.

Then take a clean damp cloth and spread on it a layer of mashed potatoes 1 cm thick. Next, the stuffing of vegetables and mushrooms, and on top arrange circles of pickles.

Roll up a roll, place it carefully in a suitable form, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven until golden (until done).
