How To Cook Potato Roll Stuffed With Spinach And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 100 grams of flour

For the stuffing:

  • 400-500 grams of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt and ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and cook until tender in salted water. Then drain the liquid and add the oil. Mash to a puree. When it cools down a bit, add the flour and raw eggs, mix thoroughly.

Make the filling. To do this, first wash the spinach, pour boiling water over it, which after 3-5 minutes drain with a colander. Finely chop the leaves and onions, sauté them in the oil until ready and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then add the chopped boiled eggs to it. Stir.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment, grease with oil and distribute the mashed potatoes evenly. Put the stuffing on it and roll it up. Coat its surface with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (until golden).

When the finished dish has cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
