Necessary products:

  • 1.5 kilograms of potatoes
  • 4 raw eggs
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 80 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons flour
  • 140 grams of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • spices
  • 50 grams of green onion feathers
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and boil them. Add salt during cooking. Then mash, add cream cheese, 2 of raw eggs and flour. Put the butter in the hot mixture, beat until smooth and leave to cool.

Finely chop the boiled eggs. Add salt to taste to the chopped onion and mash with your hands so that it can release its juice. When this happens, mix it with eggs, add a little oil, pepper, salt.

Pour the potato mixture on a foil sprayed with water, form an even layer with your hands. Leave the edges of the foil uncovered (about a centimeter and a half). Put the mixture of eggs and onions on the potatoes, flatten and roll into a tight roll. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, pierce the surface with a fork, pour cream mixed with two raw egg yolks and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Place the roll to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes. You can "paint" a figure or another with mayonnaise on the finished dish.

Enjoy your meal!
