Method of preparation :
First, pour water into a saucepan and boil the potatoes. Peel a squash, grate it and add the butter, egg yolks, salt and pepper and milk. Stir until smooth and spread the mixture on cling film.
Smooth as well as possible. Heat some of the butter and fry the minced meat, carrots, onions. Add the finely chopped olives, peas and corn. Stew the mixture for 10 minutes and cool. Spread it on the potato base and roll.
Store in a cool place for an hour, then carefully remove the foil, spread mayonnaise on all sides and garnish with boiled eggs and tomatoes. Optionally, cut lettuce in a plate, put the roll, cut and serve.
