Required products :

  • mashed potatoes
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • oil
  • foil

For the stuffing:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 450 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 onion
  • a little green onion feathers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • frying oil
  • 150 grams of sour cream or mayonnaise

 

Method of preparation :

Fry sliced ​​old onions and add spinach. Stew the products until the liquid evaporates and then add the chopped feathers. A few minutes later, remove the pan from the heat and cool its contents.

Add to it the boiled eggs, pre-grated (or finely chopped). Stir, season.

Pour the beaten raw eggs into the cooled mashed potatoes and add the flour. Stir, no lumps should remain.
