Required products :

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan, grated
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 teaspoons spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • 1 cup ricotta tea

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the peeled potatoes into thin 3 mm slices.

Line a large rectangular baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle with half the parmesan and arrange the potatoes on top, overlapping them slightly - both vertically and horizontally. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Season with a spoonful of salt and bake for 30 minutes, until the potatoes are ready.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Cook until caramelized - about 15 minutes.

Add the minced meat to the onion and stir to grind the meat. Add the squeezed canned tomatoes, finely chopped fresh parsley, red and black pepper and salt with 1 teaspoon of salt. When the minced beef is completely ready, remove from the heat.

In another pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put the spinach, stew it until soft. Season with salt and crush the two cloves of garlic with it. Transfer the spinach to a bowl and add the ricotta, stirring to mix the two products well.

Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the potatoes. Put the minced meat on top, covering the entire surface with it. Sprinkle with mozzarella.

Using the baking paper, form a roll of potatoes. Be careful that the mixture does not come out at the edges. Bake the finished roll for 15 minutes until it acquires an appetizing crispy crust.

Have a good time!
