How To Cook Potato Roll With Yellow Cheese And Minced Meat Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 500 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • left
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Method of preparation :

Add the chopped parsley, one egg, 50 grams of grated yellow cheese and starch to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.

Spread the resulting dough on a sheet of plastic wrap, forming a rectangle 1 cm thick.

Wet your hands with water.

 

Peel onions and garlic, chop finely and fry in a little oil for about 3 minutes.

Add semolina, breadcrumbs, coriander and the second egg to the minced meat. Add salt to taste, add onion and garlic and mix well. Spread on the potato base.

 

Then, using the foil, roll up a roll, which is simmered for 50-60 minutes.

 

When you take it out of the water, wait for it to cool a bit and unroll the foil. Sprinkle the roll on all sides with the remaining grated yellow cheese.

 

Place it in a pan and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until the coating turns red and a beautiful crust forms on the surface.

 

Cut into pieces and serve.
