2 - 3 teaspoons coconut shavings

1.5 teaspoons salt

dill, parsley, basil - optional and to taste

other spices of your choice

100 milliliters of water

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon turmeric (optional)

2 teaspoons melted butter

about 200 grams of flour

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash. Add sugar, coconut shavings, salt, green spices and others you prefer. Mix everything well. Then make the dough by first putting salt, turmeric, butter in the water and then gradually add the flour. Knead the dough, roll it out to a thickness of about 3 mm. Spread the potato filling on top and roll up. Cut into pieces and fry in vegetable oil (it is best to be corn) at the beginning of a high heat, then reduce the temperature, fry for another minute and turn on the other side. When you remove the rolls, arrange them on a suitable paper to drain off excess fat.
