Necessary products

For the dough:

300 grams of flour
250 grams of boiled water
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon sugar a
pinch of salt
frying oil

For the filling:
250 grams of mushrooms
2 onions
1 egg (to spread the rolls - optional)
1 teaspoon yeast
50 grams butter

Preparation :
Peel and boil the potatoes until cooked in salted water. Mash them to a puree and add salt to taste. Allow to cool slightly.


Pour warm water into a bowl, put in the yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well.


Then add the mashed potatoes and softened butter. Mix everything again and gradually add the flour.


Knead a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands.
Leave it to rise in a warm place for about an hour.

 

 


Meanwhile, make the filling.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, onions - into small cubes.

 

 

Stew them until ready in oil and leave to cool.

 

Sprinkle flour on the kitchen counter and roll out the dough on it, forming a rectangle about 5 millimeters thick.

Distribute some of the mushrooms at one end, roll up and cut with a knife (see photo).

 

 

Then cut the roll into 5-7 equal pieces.


Proceed in the same way with the rest of the dough and filling.
Arrange the rolls in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment greased with oil.

 

Brush their surface with beaten egg or butter and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
