Required products :

  • 6 potatoes
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons oil and a little more to spread the form
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin circles. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add butter and sprinkle with spices. Stir.

Grease with oil two standard muffin tins with 6 slots each.

Shape the roses, starting from the center. Roll a potato circle into a roll and place it in the middle of the mold. Arrange petals of more potatoes around it.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake for about 40 minutes.

Potato flowers should turn red.
