How To Cook Potato Salad With Capers, Eggs And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with capers, eggs and tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 3-4 large potatoes
  • 30 grams of drained canned capers
  • salt, pepper
  • half a head of garlic
  • a few leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and grated
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes, drain and pour cold. Wait 10 minutes and peel them more easily. Cut and place them in a bowl.

Add quartered eggs and season with salt, pepper and mint leaves. Add the capers and chopped onions.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the tomatoes for 10 minutes. Add black pepper and salt. Distribute the resulting sauce and serve the salad.
