Required products :

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes in salted water and allow them to cool to room temperature. Cut them into cubes in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard and spices. Add the mixture to the potatoes and stir again.

Pour the chopped onion and celery into the bowl and chop the boiled eggs. Mix everything thoroughly. You can sprinkle the finished salad with a little paprika. Enjoy your meal!
