Required products :

1.5 kg of potatoes
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
100 grams of bacon
connection radish
400 grams of chicken fillet
6 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard with honey
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan.
Cut the bacon into thin strips, which you also fry in a pan without fat until a crispy crust forms. Remove them on paper to absorb excess fat.

Cut the radishes into thin circles, the chicken fillet and the pepper into medium-sized pieces. Fry the peppers and meat in a small amount of hot oil.

Make a sauce by mixing vinegar with olive oil, honey, mustard and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Peel the potatoes and boil them until ready, drain the water. When slightly cooled, cut them into 2 or 4 pieces depending on their size. Drizzle them with the aromatic sauce and mix thoroughly to cover with it. Add the bacon, radishes and pumpkin seeds. You can string the chicken and peppers on skewers and serve with the salad, or you can mix it with the other products.
