Method of preparation:
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour enough water to cover them, salt it and cook the vegetables. Strain and place in a bowl. Add cold water and ice.
After 10 minutes, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Heat the butter and saute the finely chopped onion. Add chickpeas, potatoes and curry.
Stir and pour the mixture into the salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Add finely chopped parsley and green pepper. Stir and serve the salad.
