Method of preparation:
Boil and peel the potatoes. Cool them and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl and add the washed and dried purslane.
Season with salt, pepper and add onion, pepper, parsley, dill, cucumber. Stir and pour the mayonnaise.
Stir the salad again and cool. Serve it cold, accompanied by a drink of your choice.
