Learn how to cook "Potato salad with eggs and stuffed olives". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3-4 leaves of Chinese cabbage
3-4 boiled potatoes a
handful of olives
1-2 pickles
2 boiled eggs
green onions, dill and parsley - to taste
2 tablespoons oil
sesame dressing to taste
salt to taste
ground black pepper
mashed cheese with paprika to stuff the olives or 1 red pepper
Method of preparation :
Chop the cabbage with your hands and put half of the bottom of the dish in which you will prepare the salad. Spread the boiled peeled and diced potatoes on the leaves.
Then - the remaining cabbage and finely chopped pickles.
Mash the cheese, add black pepper and stir. You can also add a little oil. Fill the pitted olives with this mixture and add to the vegetables.
An option is to fill the olives with pieces of red pepper.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, add finely chopped green onions, dill and parsley, pour the salad with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Place the boiled and coarsely chopped eggs on top, pour over the sesame dressing and stir.
The salad is ready.
