Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 300 grams of roasted tuna fillet
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 200 grams of hummus
  • 100 grams of milk mayonnaise
  • 3 pickles

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and boil the potatoes. Cool them, peel and cut into small cubes.

Put the vegetables in a bowl and chop the fillet finely. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Add the hummus, mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles and chop the fresh onion.

Stir, pour into plates and garnish with halved boiled eggs. Serve and enjoy the taste.
