How To Cook Potato Salad With Goat Cheese, Sesame, Asparagus And Arugula - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with goat cheese, sesame seeds, asparagus and arugula". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 10-12 small potatoes (about 4-5 centimeters in diameter)
  • 100 grams of goat cheese
  • 50 grams of arugula
  • 150 grams of asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil (can olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 pinches of salt

Method of preparation :

If you do not have small potatoes, cut large ones into several pieces. Do not peel them and fry until cooked together with sesame seeds.

Boil the asparagus for 5 minutes. Wash and dry the arugula.

Mix the vegetables in a salad bowl, add salt and stir.

Cut the cheese into slices and melt lightly in the microwave.

Put the pieces on the salad and sprinkle everything with vinegar or lemon juice.
