Put the potatoes in a saucepan and pour cold water over them, add salt well. Boil until ready for about 20 minutes - count the time after the water boils. Drain, peel and slice the potatoes.
Mix the potatoes with the olives, olive oil, vinegar, onion, lemon peel (finely grated), lemon juice and spices - salt and pepper. Mix well and leave for 20 minutes for the potatoes to absorb the aromas.
Meanwhile, grill the asparagus, spreading it well. Remove from the heat and cut, removing the last 2.5 cm from the bottom completely.
Add the asparagus to the salad, chop the fresh spices and add them, finally pour in the buttermilk and stir.
Try and, if necessary, season to taste. Finally, serve the salad with chopped eggs.
