How To Cook Potato Salad With Mayonnaise Dressing And Celery - Recipe

Potato salad is prepared for every family holiday - it is easy to make and liked by everyone around the table. We present you an option in which to enrich the boiled potatoes and get a tender salad with a creamy dressing and crispy pieces of celery.

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 kilograms of potatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion feathers

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes (if necessary, use a household sponge) and cut them (without peeling). Boil them until ready in salted water and squeeze them well from the liquid.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put half of the dressing on the potatoes. After mixing the mayonnaise sauce well with the cooked vegetables, wait for the potatoes to cool completely.

Cut the celery stalks into small pieces and add them to the already cold potatoes, add the remaining mayonnaise dressing. Mix well and sprinkle with chopped onion and parsley leaves.

You can serve it immediately or put it covered in the refrigerator, but serve the salad within 4 hours.
