This easy and filling salad can be served hot or cold.

Necessary products:

  • 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes
  • 10-15 olives (or to taste)
  • pickles to taste
  • 1/2 head salad red onion (maybe plain)
  • parsley (you can replace with coriander, the salad will be different, but no less delicious)
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (hot or not depending on preferences)

Method of preparation:

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes (for example 3x3), onions into small pieces, the olives in half crosswise, and the pickles into small cubes.

In a separate cup, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and beat with a fork. Add parsley to the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, pour over the dressing and mix well.

The salad is ready. It is suitable to be served as a side dish to fish, seafood and meat.
