Learn how to cook "Potato salad with roasted peppers and ham". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1.2 kg potatoes
2 roasted peppers
100 grams ham (or sausage of your choice)
1 bunch green onions
1 head red salad onion
1 tablespoon mustard beans
100 milliliters of soluble broth of your choice
5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt and ground black pepper taste
rapeseed oil to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes, boil them until cooked in salted water (about 25 minutes). Then drain the water, wash them cold, peel and cut into circles.
Cut the ham into small cubes, green onions - into circles, salads - into small pieces, and peppers - into thin strips.
Make a dressing by mixing the mustard, broth, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables, ham, and season with the prepared sauce.
The result is a very tasty salad.
