Boil the potatoes and eggs, peel them when they have cooled enough and cut them into small cubes. In the same way, cut the peeled and cleaned from the seeds sour-sweet apple.
Separate the fillet from the mackerel, clean the bones and cut into pieces.
Pass the curd through a sieve, put it in a bowl and add the sour cream, horseradish and mix well.
Then mix in a bowl the potato, egg and apple cubes, the fish and finally put the cottage cheese.
Shape beautifully on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions, parsley or other fresh spice. You can also use canned peas.
