How To Cook Potato Salad With Sweet Onions, Olives And Paprika - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of fresh potatoes
  • 150 grams of olives
  • 1 red head sweet onion
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 70-80 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • left

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, put in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cook until done (about 20 minutes). Then dry, leave the small potatoes whole and cut the larger ones into two or more pieces, depending on the size.

Mix vinegar with olive oil, add spices. Drizzle the potatoes with the dressing and stir.

Cut the onion into very thin circles (or semicircles), chop the parsley, remove the pits of the olives. Pour the prepared products over the potatoes and you can serve the salad both hot and cold.
