Necessary products:

1-2 potatoes

1 tsp mustard

mayonnaise

a few slices of onion (red preferably)

sliced ​​avocado 

a slice of ripe tomato

1 tsp natural honey

shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese

lettuce leaf or parsley

Method of preparation:

Peel a potato, grate it on a coarse grater and mix it with honey and mustard. Mix well and season to taste. From the mixture, form small "slices" similar to those of bread and put them in the oven at 175 degrees until done. Once baked, allow to cool. Take one "slice" and carefully spread with mayonnaise, put small onion rings, a slice of avocado, a slice of tomato. Salt and spices to taste. Then sprinkle with a little grated cheese and parsley (you can put a lettuce leaf). Close the sandwich with the other potato slice and enjoy the taste!
