How To Cook Potato Sausage With Bacon And Garlic Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato sausage with bacon and garlic cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 200 grams of boiled-smoked bacon
  • black pepper and other spices to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • pork intestines


Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon, bacon and both onions into small cubes.

Fry the bacon until golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon.

Fry the onion in the separated fat.

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes (you can also grate them if you prefer), add the greaves and bacon to them, as well as the fried onions together with the fat.
