Method of preparation :
Cut the bacon, bacon and both onions into small cubes.
Fry the bacon until golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon.
Fry the onion in the separated fat.
Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes (you can also grate them if you prefer), add the greaves and bacon to them, as well as the fried onions together with the fat.
Season to taste and if desired you can add garlic to the mixture.
Fill pork intestines with it (they should not be very tightly filled).
Then cook the sausages for 10 minutes to bake faster and not to darken.
Bake them until golden on all sides, and at the end of the process, spread with cream mixed with crushed garlic.
