Required products :

4 large potatoes (about 800 grams)

4 pieces of bacon

1 large onion

1.5 liters of chicken broth

1/4 tea cup thick cream to serve

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley to sprinkle

 

 

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and slice the onion, cut the bacon into strips or cubes and fry the two products in hot oil for about 5 minutes.

Peel and slice the potatoes, add them to the dish, fry for another minute.

Pour the mixture into the pot with the hot broth and cook everything for 20 minutes (until the potatoes are ready), without closing the pan with a lid.

The soup is ready. Serve with cream and chopped parsley. Another option is to offer it with croutons and pieces of fried bacon.
