How To Cook Potatoes Covered With Yellow Cheese And Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

3 potatoes
250 milliliters of high-quality liquid cream
2 sprigs of thyme
50 grams of yellow cheese
2 cloves garlic
3-4 thin strips of bacon
butter
nutmeg
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles.

In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped garlic cloves and add the strips of bacon. Then pour the cream, put a little grated nutmeg and 2 sprigs of thyme.
Heat the mixture for a few minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
