Learn how to cook "Potatoes in a casserole with egg and milk". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
2 large potatoes
2 eggs
4 tablespoons fresh milk
oil
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Peel and slice the potatoes and sprinkle with your chosen spices or just salt.
Take two pots and pour a little oil on the bottom of each one. Divide the potatoes into layers (1 large sliced potato in each casserole), close the pan with a lid and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take them out, remove the lid and pour one egg mixed with fresh milk (2 tablespoons milk + 1 egg, you can salt if desired). Do not close the pots anymore. Return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.
