Required products :
10 potatoes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
50 milliliters of water
70 grams of yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste
For the sauce:
50 grams butter
1 tablespoon (topped) flour
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles about 5 millimeters thick.
Put them in a pan, the bottom of which you greased with oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, sprinkle with a little oil. Pour some water into the bowl and place it in the oven.
Bake the potatoes at a temperature of 200 degrees until soft (about 40-50 minutes).
Make the sauce.
Melt the butter in a suitable pan over medium heat. Add the flour and mix. Stir all the time so as not to burn the mixture.
Thoroughly pour in the fresh milk and beat the lumps, stirring. Add half a teaspoon of nutmeg and salt. Leave the sauce on low heat until it thickens.
Then pour the potatoes with it.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
An appetizing golden crust will form.
