Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
120 - 130 grams of butter
salt to taste
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon cream
Method of preparation :
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Wrap the potatoes in baking paper or aluminum foil and bake until soft. Then peel and mash, mixing with butter, nutmeg, allspice and salt to taste. Pour the puree into a suitable container and pour the cream. Return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes. Another option for cooking is to cut the potatoes into circles, pour them into a pan, sprinkle with spices, put butter on their surface and then pour cream.
You can serve with chopped parsley.
