Necessary products:

900 grams of potatoes

1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup melted Raclette cheese

1/3 cup melted Conte cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 cups whole cream

1/2 clove garlic

4 fresh bay leaves

Method of preparation:

Put the grill in the oven on the highest level and preheat to 220 degrees.

Mix the cheese in a bowl, without Parmesan. Rub the bottom of the pan in which you will bake with garlic and grease with oil.

Peel the potatoes and cut into circles 0.5 cm thick. Spread the remaining potatoes on top, sprinkle with nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Then pour the cream, add the bay leaves and the remaining butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parmesan.

Place in the oven to bake until the potatoes are ready and until the cheeses acquire a golden color. (about 25 minutes).

Do not serve immediately, leave for about 5 minutes and remove the bay leaves. You are ready to serve.
